The names of Rob Smale and Mick Scales will be familiar to anyone who has worked in the building and window industries in the Derby and Burton area for the past decade.

The duo, who have worked for a number of local window and plastics companies over the years first teamed up back in 2005 to launch Midland Building Plastics on Wetherby Road, off Ascot Drive in Derby.

Together they have over 30 years combined experience in the industry, so they know that the customer wants a top quality product, reasonably priced with first class service.

The team at Midland Building Plastics are fully trained on its extensive product range, which includes market leaders Kestrel-BCE. They are knowledgeable in the technical aspects of fitting and offer friendly, professional advice.

The company currently operate from a 5,000 sq ft purpose-designed trade counter and warehouse on Wetherby Road, off Ascot Drive in Derby. Alongside it’s Burton depot on the Wharf Road Industrial Estate, Burton-on-Trent and it’s recently opened depot in Lichfield, on Britannia Enterprise Park.

All of the company’s branches stock an extensive range of roofline products, including guttering, soffit and fascia, cladding and trims, together with conservatory roofs and a comprehensive range of tools and accessories, such as silicones, adhesives, cleaners and foams.

The company serves a 20 mile radius of Derby and a 15 mile radius of both Burton-on-Trent and Lichfield. MBP are open to both trade and DIY customers. Same day delivery is also available.
